1. Training, advanced Training, Further Education

1.1 Registration and interview fees

Registration and interview fees are once-only payments and are not refundable in case a candidate is not accepted.

1.2 Semester enrollment and registration for examinations

Enrollment for semester studies and registration for examinations (deadlines) take place twice a year, i.e. 15 September for winter semester and 15 March for summer semester.

Enrollment for semester studies as well as registration for examinations are only legally valid if the seminar registration card is presented to the Institute by the registration deadline and the semester and examination fees have been paid.

1.3 Examination fees

Examination fees are payable individually per subject examined. The current fees are listed on the institute's website.

If someone withdraws from the examinations after the registration deadline, the entire examination fee paid will be forfeited. If someone withdraws from the examinations before the registration deadline, students have the option of having the examination fee carried over to the following semester.

Repeating an examination is charged at CHF 500.00 for the case examination, CHF 400.00 for the diploma examination and CHF 300.00 for the preliminary examinations.

Exam changes and postponements are only possible for a fee of CHF 100.00 per exam.

1.4 Leave of absence, completion of studies

If a request for a leave of absence or a notice to end studies is submitted after the registration deadline, none of the semester fee will be refundable. To the extent that students withdraw their semester registrations before the registration deadline or break off studies, they have a right of refund for the fee paid, less a processing fee of CHF 200.00.

1.5 Expenses

All bank charges shall be borne by the customer.

1.6 Money transfer / Payment of fees.

All fees must be paid by bank transfer or electronic payment.

2. Special Events

2.1 Registration

Registration for all special events must be submitted in writing.

2.2 Cancellation

Cancellation of a registration must occur in writing.

2.2.1 Summer Intensive Study Program / Winter Intensive Study Program

In case of notice to drop studies, the following fees will be refunded:

· If cancellation occurs at least three weeks before the start of courses: 50 % refund.
· Later cancellation: no refund.
· If a medical certificate is submitted: 100 % refund less a CHF 200.00 processing fee.
· After the first day of the course, no reimbursement of the tuition fee.

2.2.2 Meetings, symposia

· In case of notice to cancel attendance submitted at least seven days before the beginning of an event, a processing fee of CHF 60.00 will be charged.
· If the notice to cancel attendance occurs later than seven days before the event begins or the student fails to attend, we will charge the entire amount.
· After the first day of the course, no reimbursement of the tuition fee.

3. Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own insurance. The C.G. Jung Institute accepts no liability for any damage, accident or injury.

4. Expenses

All bank charges shall be borne by the customer.

All fees must be paid by bank transfer or electronic payment.

This agreement is subject to Swiss substantive law. In case of litigation arising from this agreement, Zurich is the court of jurisdiction.
